Contracted to do improvement works on my flat via my housing association. Had no issues with the fire protection works that they did, but a cowboy would have done a better job on my door and window replacements. New door doesn't seal against the frame and lets in a draught. Booked the day off work for them to fit my bathroom and kitchen window as I WFH, turned up on the day and told they were only doing the bathroom window as they hadn't brought the beading for the kitchen window. Checked bathroom window at EOD and it had no beading, told me they hadn't brought it and needed to do it another time, clearly forgetting that they had told me that was the reason they weren't fitting my kitchen window that day. Workmanship was shoddy, with the new plastic cladding pulling the original wooden frame away from the wall, with no effort to remediate it, as seen in pictures. No offer of compensation made when I had to book another day off work, not even a £20 voucher as another lucky customer mentioned. Returned to do kitchen window, and left some unfortunate new starter to do the work on their own whilst the rest of the lads were all working together upstairs. The new starter broke my replacement window when driving it over from their yard. Even though the new starter broke it, I actually feel bad for them, clearly not being given the guidance and supervision they should have. They fit a temporary wooden board in place of my window for the day, then returned the day after to fit a "temporary window". The window is full of water from a flood they had in their yard, and hasn't been sealed, so lets in a draught and hums on windy days. Was told 7 weeks to get a new window. Up until this point I had told the site manager despite everything that had happened, that I wouldn't have any issues as long as everything was sorted and they kept me in the loop. I heard nothing from them in about 3 weeks, so called them and spoke to the site manager, who apologised as the member of staff with details of my new window order were apparently on annual leave. I told them about the draught coming from the window, they said they would come by in a couple of days to seal it. They never showed up. Called back a couple of weeks later, where I was told they didn't have details of my new window order as apparently the site manager had the details who was on annual leave this time, but said they would look into it and get back to me. Called me back and said site manager would let me know when they get back. They didn't call. I called again 2 weeks later, and was told the site manager would call me before EOD, no one called. Called this week and was told "the person who knows about your window order is on lunch", I knew they were going to offer a call back that was never going to happen. I also get the feeling that, now 8 weeks later, my new glass hasn't arrived yet. They even had a van out to the building I live in last week, would have been of no consequence to ask one of them to stop by and seal the window up whilst they were on another job. I also have a boxed-in area above my front door that cannot be closed up as the new arm on the door is too high, and was promised they would raise the height of the boxing-in, which has not been done this whole time. I have been so patient and understanding towards this company despite everything that has happened and them leaving a mess every time, and I feel taken advantage of. I'll let the work speak for itself in the pictures anyway. I would advise any principle contractor or client to stay well clear and find any other supplier, because I don't think it could get any worse than this. My flat is in desperate need of decoration, which I haven't been able to do this whole time, as they managed to chip the little paintwork I had already done in my hallway. I just want to live in a home that has a functional front door and window :(

Very unprofessional company! Avoid working for them at all costs, they do not pay you properly when you leave and expect you to take the van back to them on the last day and not get paid anything for it even though they promised a days pay! Lied about incentives. No incentives ever paid they keep changing the goal posts all of the time.

Very unprofessional and not reliable at all, still waiting over 2 years for a fire safety door. Wait in for them to come no one turns up. Been to measure the door but on 4 occasions the door has been measured incorrectly unsure if this is a training issue with there staff. Received 20 pound voucher for the inconvenience 3 months on I am still waiting. Very poor service and company, I have got to the point now where I don’t believe anything that I am being told. Strongly advise the company needs improvement.

Too good too be true, Leaving after 5 weeks, it’s become apparent that no one sticks around due to the lack of organisation, ridiculous expectations, unmanageable work load. The job was misleading.. wasn’t really an RLO position. Didn’t have enough time to be an RLO. More of a site based planner. Received Snotty emails from management once my notice went in, really unprofessional. Lads on site are brilliant, Made my short time here a tad more bearable. Thanks but no thanks to a company where your seen as number & not a being.

Thank you for my new Bathroom. I am highly satisfied with the work you have just completed, I would like to add another thank you for the support/service you provided whilst I was in hospital during the works and continuing to get the works completed for my return, The overall service you have provided has been excellent from the start. I hope to see you again in the near future.
