I have received very efficient service from Newman Building Solutions from start to finish. The surveyor produced a comprehensive appraisal of the structural problems encountered, and the repair work was carried out on site quickly and very competently. I was also very impressed that Newmans were fair in re-evaluating the work carried out, and agreed a significant reduction on the final bill in the light of a simpler means of access being employed on site than was originally anticipated.

Felt let down.... hired the company for a structural repair to the bay window and it all went great until cracks appeared in the companies mortar repair. When reported someone came around concluding '... it looks like shrinkage where the mortar has dried to quickly and possibly not enough plasticiser in the mix'. I was told it would fall under their workmanship guarantee and that someone would come and fix it. Nobody ever showed up doing the work and every phone call and email was answered with 'oh yes sorry, someone will come and fix it. don't you worry.' Nearly one year later and still waiting for the company to fulfill the guarantee and promise. Just hired a local builder to fix it for me. which adds a good junk on the original cost. Shame..... it all started so promising...

Newman Building Solutions were very efficient at visiting property and providing a quote to make the structural repairs, they also quoted my neighbours either side who had similar issues with their houses. The job proceeded...that's where the lack of management became an issue, then it was the quality of the work... 2 years on and the cracks are all back, very let down a complete waste of money Very keen to sell us the extended insurance backed guarantee, which we didn't take up Steer well clear

From initial contact to completion of the job, Newman Building Solutions were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt and efficient but at the same time very friendly and helpful. The guys who did the job were very professional and cleaned up after they had finished. Can really recommend this company and its people.

Terrible company! We had a simple job to restore some old brick that had been blackened and made rusty by the elements. We were told it'll look "as good as new" This job was not completed properly whatsoever and after making many attempts to speak to the company's director to complain that the invoice should be worked on, we were treated with radio silence and almost had proceedings brought against us! Dodgy company to say the least. The only way I can describe this company in one word is UCKUS! STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
