Nigel has been our plumber for a couple of years now since we bought the property and has done everything from fitting a new boiler to repairing a leak to currently installing a new bathroom. In fact he’s not just our plumber anymore, he’s become a trusted friend and we wouldn’t hesitate to call upon him for any job, big or small. NYPD is fast, efficient and outstanding value for money. He always puts the customer first and goes completely out of his way to ensure top quality results every time. Whenever we have work done, we know we can rely on Nigel to do a fantastic job and make our home comfortable and safe. There’s just no other plumber out there like him!

Nigel came round initially and sourced the part to repair my boiler . However over 6 weeks since he sourced the part and some 4 texts later from me asking when he is going to come back I am yet to hear from him leaving me with no heating and hot water . Extremely disappointed and feel really let down
