The client and their family will remain in residence whilst the specialist works are undertaken. No mean feat, but our highly trained, directly employed workforce will carry out the works safely and in a timely fashion. When mistakes are made, you can fess up, deal with them and move on, or you can hide, pretend they never happened and make things even more difficult for the person who pointed out the failures. The Noble way is decidedly unnoble. It has been an awful experience and quite unlike any build I have ever done. Never again. I wrote the above review 5 months ago and hoped that things would improve as we got towards the end of the contract. It hasn't. Completion has been delayed and among lots of other issues, can they/will they provide the right paperwork to show what it is that they have built? How many times is it reasonable to have to ask for them to fulfill a contractual requirement?... they are either playing games which is boring or they don't know what they are doing, which is frightening. Either way it is exhausting. Dear Noble. In December we all wanted PC. It is almost the end of April. When will you complete the Works? You have not been onsite to complete your Works, you have not responded meaningfully (if at all) to any email from me in months, you have now blocked my emails (which is why I am resorting to this), but the requirement to complete Works outstanding since December is not going away. I have now done a lot of the O&M Manual for you, but it needs your input as only you know what you did onsite. Or are we at the stage that you don't know what you did? In which case you need to let me know so we can resolve it and move on. But if you don't communicate more months will pass with no PC, which cannot be in anyone's interest.
