Well, lots of good reviews on here, presumably from professional plumbers, but don't go in here if you're not trade... Waited ages to be served, by some kiddy who tried (and failed) to belittle me for not getting the name of the part _exactly_ right (although he knew damn well what I wanted). He then, with the correct part number that I had given him, tried to sell me the wrong part. Fortunately I knew what the right part looked like, and was able to buy that, although I'm sure he thinks I'll take it back because I got it wrong. The fool should look at his own website were the part is accurately described, complete with measurements. I won't be returning.

My toilet went on the fritz with the Float Diaphragm Washer that had a tear. With most DIY stores down the road that are shut due to the pandemic I went online to amazon to find the part that I needed, but came in a pack of 5 at the value of £15 and have it delivered 2 days later or I could get a single diaphragm for £3.50 and have it arrive 5 days later. I found North Bristol Plumbing while looking for an alternate online solution and was able to find what I needed easily on their website, and at the fraction of the cost of what I found on other websites. The delivery came within 2 days. The part was installed and worked and on top of all of that, as a thank you, I received a free pair of regular drip stoppers. Very pleased with the service, 5 stars from me.

Awful experience. They were so rude and tried humiliating me . Firstly they thought it might be funny to ignore me, so when they eventually answered my response for help, I was told to wait. So they decided to ignore me again, so after an awkward silence again , I asked when they would have time to serve me, they replied “never “ and all laughed whilst I left with no materials and time lost. I returned shortly after to express that I didn’t think i was fairly treated, but silly me, they just laughed me back out. Rubbish service and quite a humiliating experience. My company will never use these again.
