Very professional, thorough and high quality experience, definitely recommended. I used North Building Service to undertake a home condition survey recently on a property I intend purchasing. From start to finish the experience was very professional, Nick spoke with me ahead of the inspection, was extremely thorough on site, where the sellers commented on his attention to detail. He followed the site inspection with a further conversation ahead of sending the extensive written survey report. Very pleased with the service provided, extremely useful report received, highly recommended.

Very professional team i highly definitely recommended. I used North Building Service for a full building servey on a property I intended purchasing. Nick put me at ease with what i would benefit from getting from the report. Nick spoke with me after the inspection and was extremely polite and went into great detail of the property over the phone so i could understand what he got from the property before sending over the survey report , im so glad he did as it put me at ease.
