martin H C1 StarDo not trust these people. We had a visit for a faulty boiler. The engineer told us that a faulty circuit board would cost £1000 to replace and we would be better replacing the whole boiler (£3k to £4k). Not true. We had it fixed for £230 (Circuit board refurb replacement) the next day by a reputable engineer who told us the boiler had years left. Nothing short of a scam.Saturday 14th May 2022
Lia O'Sullivan1 StarAVOID. Having had perfectly good emergency call out for toilet leak 5 years ago, I did not hesitate to call them last October (2021) another emergency call out - for a shower. They came, replaced it - crookedly - tiles needlessly broken (and left like that with tape over the missing tiles) and worst of all? I've been chasing the invoice WHICH I NEED since then - calls, emails, promises, registered letters... AND- the new shower doesn't work correctly! A really disappointing situation.
