Peter O'Halloran5 StarLee replaced our boiler earlier this month and fitted a Hive control system as well as a few other jobs that needed doing. Karen Hawkins5 StarWe needed a new boiler and tank, but it was complicated by the fact the boiler had to move upstairs, the underfloor heating is controlled independently from the main heating, and a new gas pipe was needed from the front of the house to the middle of upstairs!
After contacting many engineers, a handful came to look at the system, but only 2 provided quotes.
Lee took his time to study the original system, work out how all the pipes could be re-routed, how to get the new gas pipe in and where it needed to be. He gave us confidence that he understood exactly what was needed, and how it would all work as we wanted it to. A date was agreed, and the communication was excellent throughout.
Lee and Alec worked hard for 4 long days, kept everywhere clean and tidy and installed every piece of equipment with precision - I’ve never seen such neat pipework. The end result gives us exactly what we wanted, thank you.

Paul Barry5 StarI recommend Lee very highly, at short notice he supplied and installed a new boiler for me and provided all necessary Gas Safe certification along with registering the boiler with the manufacturer to obtain the warranty.
