I would 100% highly recommend NS Surveying & Design. Nick provided us with structural drawings for our victorian terrace rear extension and loft conversion. We employed 2 seperate builders who both praised the plans and found them easy to work from. His plans are so very detailed that my very experienced builder said that he had never seen such detail on plans. This makes a builders work so much easier to undertake. Nick carried out a building survey on our property, some of which is 300 years old. He was recommended to me by another surveyor, and I was reassured about his credentials for surveying a property of this age - we wanted to make sure any recommendations are were suitable for the building. His report was very thorough and we were able to follow up with him on the phone afterwards to check a few things. He has also been very helpful months on from the survey in recommending what we might be able to do in the long term to care properly for the building. The survey was also excellent value. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
