Akber Khan Sidiqi1 StarVery much unprofessional, 1st booking an appointment to survey the building took a week as they kept forgetting to come on the day they tel you for survey (like today tomarow sory again today tomarow bla bla,)
After visit I asked for quotation and the guy said I will send in few days and then again same ( I am sending, I sent , oh sory I will send, ) I caled them dozen of times and same , keep forgetting to send or respond and not even answering phone total waste of time with them.Tuesday 19th October 2021

Ruth Currie5 StarLost half of felt roof and part of guttering due to high winds recently. After getting a few quotes we decided to use NuGen Exteriors to replace roof and guttering. Best decision I ever made. Terry was very helpful in explaining what would be done and the team of workers did an amazing job in awful weather conditions. They also cleaned up everything when job was completed. I would definitely recommend this company and am planning on using them again for some other work on my house.Thursday 30th January 2020
Ian Burtt5 StarFrom the wee lassie who chapped the door, Terry , and the roofers , I was more than pleased with the work . All were very helpful. No hard sell . Terry was spot on about the condition of the roof, as I had it checked out after his report. I also had a roofer checking out the work, as it was done, and was told, everything was as it should have been , done to Specifications. 100% I would recommend this small but efficient company.Thursday 14th November 2019
