Karen Roberts5 StarNW Drainage solutions were recommended to me by a neighbour who had another company quote him £20,000 for a job, Rob priced the job for £2000. and carried out the work.I made the call and the next day, as promised Rob came to look at the issue I was concerned about. He was friendly,polite, professional and extremely helpful. He refused payment on the spot. I then mentioned another issue which he has me booked in for in a fortnights time. It's so difficult to find tradesman like this nowadays someone who is knowledgeable,honest and trustworthy. He needs cloning!
I truly recommend this company. I think others should sit up and take note.

Gwendon Holiday Home Anglesey5 StarCalled NW Drainage when we experienced a blocked drain. We chose them based on their 5* reviews. Rob and his team were there within a few hours to clear the blockage, which they did very quickly. Reasonable call out fees. Sally K5 StarNorth Wales Drainage Solutions were recommended and did not disappoint . I'd had a problem for a few years with a slow draining downstairs toilet and recently a blocked upstairs shower.
They quickly diagnosed a problem which was down to tree roots and rubble in the drain which they removed.
The communication was excellent which you don't always get with some companies.
They were tidy and even took the tree roots away.......
