Bought from NYC BATHROOM, Tiles, Crosswater Vanity unit and toilet, the Unit has no plastic covers on the drawers where the screws are and we have a leak on the waste pipe on the sink and we tried to take off the drawer without success. Went already to NYC twice, emails, but nothing happened. They don't care anymore. Not nice not to take care of the customers. So I suppose I have to deal with Crosswater myself at this point.

We cracked our previous sink, it ended up being as cost effective and efficient replacing the entire unit. NYC made the job easy, came up, looked it over, listened to what we wanted. They came back with suggestions and options. We decided based on their advice, they ordered up on our behalf, took delivery, checked it over and brought it out to us. They also provided us with the details for one of their recommended plumbers. They discussed with the plumber a plan, the plumber sighted the job and all went well. New unit is in with no drama and is looking fantastic. Thanks to Scott at NYC and John the Plumber, it was all very much appreciated.
