Alex Giles5 StarI called Giles Oakden on a Saturday afternoon with an urgent dripping pipe. He was on his way home from working. After a brief on the issue he turned the van around and was with me within 15 minutes. He then worked out the issue and resolved it in two hours - Mixer taps are a nightmare within confined spaces. All I can say is that Giles was professional, calm and courteous. His problem solving was A1 and his invoice was really reasonable.
