I've used On Point Plumbing with Jac twice now and I'd recommend him. He's knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I've been let down by various other plumbers in the past, but I'm confident Jac can be trusted and I can rely on him to do a good job. I first contacted him to arrange a gas inspection and boiler service. He exceeded my expectations with providing what was required along with the help in explaining any issues found and finding solutions. So when I needed help replacing a corroded radiator as well as a full drain and refill of all radiators, I knew who to turn to and was prepared to wait for our busy schedules to free up. Again, he did an excellent job - clean, clear communication and was patient with questions asked of him. He's an all round good plumber who I would contact again and recommend to others. Thank you!
