Excellent service from a professional man. After having the electrical work done for a new kitchen (chasing in the cabling) i needed a plasterer to bond and reskim the wall. Sam was recommended and he completed the work to an excellent standard, Friendly, good natured, polite and considerate. He work non stop, kept me appraised at all times and cleaned up after himself. I am really impressed with the plastering and the attention to detail he applied. I will definitely be using the service again.

Fantastic service! We were really happy with Sam's response time to the job, he came to view the job and have us a clearly broken down quote with the work that we wanted competed. Sam managed to fit us in soon after he had quoted, and competed our kitchen renovation to a high standard! He also fitted our oven for us, and recommended us a quality plumber and gas fitter. It was lovely working with Sam, he talked through different stages of the fit with us, and we would definitely recommend him to others!!

Sam from Hutchy’s property maintenance is an extremely helpful and polite individual. His high standard of work matches his supreme attitude. He was appointed to carry out various specialist improvement jobs in our home in Hagley. His quote came in and it met all of our expectations, we got back in touch within a couple of weeks and the work commenced shortly afterwards. The works carried out included the plaster boarding and skimming of a very large lounge ceiling: to note (7.9m-4.8m) and a complete over skim of all the walls, he removed all the electrical points so they could be refitted to the new surface afterwards and skimmed behind the radiator by isolating the valves and removing the radiator. He quite literally covered every inch of the room. Once the electrical accessories and the radiator had been refitted Sam then spent a lot of time cleaning up after himself which we were really pleased with, the skirtings and doorframes were left spotless and once the plastering had dried out we hired Sam’s decorators to finish the room which now looks absolutely fantastic. We are extremely pleased with Sam and can only sing his praises. We won’t hesitate to recommend him and can’t thank him enough for providing us with his extremely professional range of services.
