Optimum Skills Construction Academy Gateshead opened to help bridge the skills gap currently within the Construction industry.
With the expanding services of Optimum Skills, we are able to provide learners with a more hands-on experience at the Academy. Covering areas of bricklaying, joinery, property maintenance, and roofing there are opportunities for everyone wanting to build a career in construction. Our dedicated construction team are experienced within the industry and can provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to progress in their careers.
If you are aged 16 to 24 with no prior experience or qualifications in Construction we can support you into the industry on a Construction Traineeship. This includes practical learning in the Academy, along with real work experience and support in an Apprenticeship. As an Apprentice Optimum Skills will support you further with your learning.
