Nice looking kitchens - but terrible service and aftercare. BE WARNED! We had a new kitchen with Optiplan. Loads of faults - loads of problems. Terrible client service. You have to manage their team of suppliers - nobody assists with this. Doors have fallen off after being badly fitted within 6 months. Still awaiting a refit 8 months after. We do not have a functioning extractor fan as Optiplan's surveyor failed to note where the duct should go to aid the fitters. Never have we had one follow up call since the fitting of the kitchen to see if we were happy. Nobody inspects the final job either. So yes, maybe a little cheaper - but unethical service - so stay clear

I came across the business by googling kitchen design companies. After supplying my email & phone no I was contacted by Gary the area manager for the Optiplan showroom based in Hale . I was a little nervous beginning this project as I have heard so many horrific stories of people’s nightmares with kitchen disasters but from the very start of my experience with the company from Gary visiting me at home to begin the planning & design through to my visit to the showroom my experience so far has been professional welcoming, friendly , non pushy , patient & enjoyable experience. I am so excited for the project to start & am delighted with the planning & design which has been carefully tailored to my personal specification. I would have no hesitation in recommending Optiplan to anyone wanting excellent customer service for the planning of a new kitchen & I have certainly found travelling a little out of my local area has been worth the extra effort & travel . I will keep my experience throughout the project updated on trust pilot & google From an extremely happy customer Debbie

Jason the kitchen designer was brilliant, really enthusiastic and brought a bottle round when he measured up which was a nice touch. Communicated well and we had a lovely visit to the showroom. Jason’s design and plan was incredible and really good quality. Even though we’ve gone with a cheaper alternative we’ll definitely be getting back on touch when we extend and put a higher end kitchen in. Cheers

We have just finished having our kitchen fitted by Optiplan Hale this week. We are extremely pleased with the end result and how the project went ahead from the start. From the planning and sale by Gary Shaw at the showroom who was very friendly and professional, to the fitting team of Graham and Brent, we were impressed by their personal service and knowledge of the great quality product. We would highly recommend this company. Really thrilled with the kitchen.

Absolutely love our Optiplan kitchen and can’t thank the team at Hale for the amazing job they did. We fell in love with Gary’s design and the team were always on hand for tips and advice. Even help with accessories.....we love the stool you recommended! Sure we will never get fed up with our kitchen but if we ever need a new one, we’d be straight back to the showroom in Hale to see Gary. It was the kitchen in the showroom we fell in love with and great to see how something looks and feels in real life!
