Nicole Elkins5 StarStephen and the rest of the crew were great. We needed a new boiler installed as something suddenly came up with our old boiler and we were without heat and hot water. Stephen responded back to my initial inquiry right away, he came next day and did an inspection and provided a lot of useful information. Mark White1 StarI’m not happy with company. Very quick to respond to enquiries and very quick to send a person to house. However when person attended house did not investigate the running water problem problem as it was not apparent when main water supply turned back on. Charged £85 call out. Issue then reoccurred 2 days later causing inconvenience which would have be avoided if due care and attention was applied. Would not recommend.Saturday 2nd April 2022
