Tim Hopkins5 StarCalled here in the New Year with a faulty tap cartridge. Man behind the counter Gary was very helpful and I was subsequently able to locate what I needed. Went back today and ordered a wash basin and toilet for a new shower room. Very keen prices and great customer service.
Went to Orillo trade counter today 10/7/19 and asked for technical help. Ideal standard toilet was overflowing water. Again very helpful advice given about replacing a washer and how to set about doing it. Problem now fixed and saving money as house is on metered water.
