Absolutely horrendous treatment and contempt for their customers. I had my bathroom done by Palmers in 2020. One of the reasons I chose Palmers was because of their guarantee commitment. Soon after the bathroom was finished some of the tiles fell off. After contacting them multiple times about it I was abused and shouted at by members of their staff. It has now been nearly 2 years and they still haven't come to fix it. I was never able to enjoy a bathroom looking new. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Shambles!!! There has been a long list of Palmers balls up, delaying the fitting without telling us not, not returning calls, ordering the wrong sizes, not matching colours we ordered and much, much more. Today we were meant to meet a sales rep at their showroom but no show. The fitter, Nigel, is amazing but found a few other staff rude and unprofessional. Avoid Palmers - no where near the premium service they try to sell. We are along way from getting what we have paid for, but Palmers have offered us credit notes so we can buy stuff ourselves and supplied lesser replacements (thinner worktops, smaller sinks etc). Where do we go now?

Our 5 star review is given to the Palmer Fitter's Team! They were superb. Came as a happy crew; offered the full service, coped with numerous questions and made changes on the job when needed or requested. Would certainly recommend them everytime.

I had 2 bathrooms refurbished. The main one and my en-suite. I was happy with the work when first completed. However, I have had one or two issues since, albeit relatively minor. One radiator was leaking and some of the grouting needed redoing. I have recently had a water leak in the shower cubicle. Although the work is guaranteed for 3 years, I have found that you have to keep chasing them whenever you have a problem. It is now over 2 weeks, since I reported the water leak, and nobody has come round to look at it or give me a date when they will be coming. Based on my experience, the after sales service is very poor.

Really pleased with the design service received from Palmer's for our new kitchen. Lewis was easy to work with and they have been very flexible and communicative. Would definitely recommend.
