I really can’t fault this local company , they are very professional, punctual , good value and very easy to deal with. Craig came to service my boiler and also advised me on the added benefits of having a magnaclean and scale reducer fitted. He also installed a Hive heating thermostat and very kindly helped me download the App. He is a real credit to the company , and I would highly recommend the quality of staff they have

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Had a leaking pipe in the kitchen and one quick call got an immediate response and a quick fix at a great price. Unfortunately the leak had damaged all of the plaster and the existing kitchen, meaning we needed some serious work carrying out. After Chris from Palmers told me that they were branching out into full kitchen fits I was happy to let him give me a quote for the work. Chris and James (an amazingly good kitchen fitter) came round and gave us some ideas and a quick design before Chris then sent us a quote a few days later. No pressure selling, just a good price and great advice. As we were more than happy with the price we gave the go ahead and Chris then set out a timetable for the work, keeping us informed at every step. The work was carried out professionally, with the minimum of disruption and to the highest standards throughout. Chris co-ordinated the plumbers, electricians, plasterers and tile fitters to all turn up at exactly the right time, whilst James worked around all of them as he fitted the kitchen units and worktops. Amazing company and have recommended them to everyone we know.

Brilliant! Boiler broke yesterday and they came out today, fitted a whole new boiler and new gas pipes, cannot fault at all. Left Aaron and his apprentice alone in the house all day, 100% trustworthy. They were both very professional, the apprentice kept asking for approval which I thought was brilliant and professional. Cannot fault in the slightest and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I had an issue! Thanks so much guys.
