We had a good idea of what we wanted but Panorama Kitchens brought our vision to life. We had visited two or three other kitchen showrooms but nothing stood out. We wanted the practical elements combined with modern living. Our kitchen is the most lived in part of the house and our aspiration was for it to be more than just a kitchen! Panorama Kitchens (Clark) helped us achieve this. They listened and interpreted our requirements (which were very specific). Adrian the surveyor was amazing. We were going through a renovation and he came out and measured up when it was a building site (bare bricks, no ceilings etc) and the accuracy was incredible leading to the fit being superb! I cannot recommend Panorama kitchens enough, no unexpected or hidden costs, transparent from the start which is a credit to Clark and the team. 5 star!

From start to finish panarma kitchens were amazing, we had Donna who helped us design our perfect kitchen, having never bought a brand new kitchen before she made the whole process so easy giving us valuable advice all the way through. Mike and his team who fitted the kitchen were amazing Mike organised everything for us and his work is second to none, couldnt be happier with our new kitchen so thankyou to the whole team.

My experience contacting Panorama kitchens was very poor. I got in touch because all the vinyl wrap (or veneer I'm not sure) is falling off the units. I didn't buy the kitchen originally, I inherited it when I bought the house, so I initially just asked what they would advise. After leaving my details I got.... No response. Chased up a month later and was advised to await a response from customer service. Another month went by, and after chasing up again I finally got a response: "the warranty is not transferable and you were not the original customer". To be absolutely clear, despite what Panorama suggest in their response below, they did identify the year they had installed it, and the original customer name (not exactly rocket science using my address). Leaving them in no doubt that the workmanship was theirs. They did suggest that I might want to buy a new kitchen as a solution, but seeing as a £30,000 plus kitchen seems to be falling apart after a few years I wasn't keen on that idea. Even more worrying is that Panorama weren't concerned to see the pictures at all, as long as they didn't have to expend any effort putting it right! I will aim to upload the pictures somewhere, you wouldn't believe it, several of the units are back to bare MDF! I've also uploaded a picture of the Panorama branding on the kitchen, seeing as they have responded to my review suggesting that it may never have been supplied by them. Update: Seeing as Panorama seem to want to continue the conversation Via the medium of updating their response.... Review stands. Customer service contact was abismal. Their Initial response to my review was dishonest and inaccurate. And the product they fitted in this house was deficient. Simple as. Oh and..... Breach of GDPR? Erm good luck with that

Gordon designed our kitchen and was our point of call, he was brilliant from start to finish, we very nearly cancelled our first appointment with panorama as we had had quotes from some corporate kitchen leaders, and the quotes were very high. Panorama came out, gave us a good quote and the quality and style is amazing!! We had mike Pickstock kitchen do the fit, and considering we chose to have it all done just as a pandemic hit the world, timing was everything! But everyone worked together like clockwork and we are over the moon with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend to anyone 🤩
