If there was an option to put 0 stars I would as this is precisely what we have had from this company since paying for a bathroom 4 months ago. Requested the materials or a refund many times only to be refused and told to wait until business picks up as Richard had to move his business due to a hate campaign. Richard told us that if we complained or left a negative review then he would not “help” us. It is not “help”, it is providing us with the service that we have paid him to do. Would not recommend this business to carry out any work because of the experience we have had. This is not a hate campaign or spam and anyone who would like proof of this feel free to contact me. I’m sure this review will be deleted anyway as this is what happens to most negative reviews. If this man and his company is honest and decent and provides us with the materials or a refund then I would be more than willing to change my review to a more favourable one. Edit....Meeting? We don’t remember a meeting. When and where was this? Over 5 months and still waiting for a refund or bathroom materials. Not been in touch with us either. Obviously not true to his word!

Avoid this business and it's owner at all costs! He will take your money and when the time comes to provide the bathroom you'll just get lie after lie after lie about why he can't provide materials you have paid for or give you back your money. The man has used every excuse to avoid paying us back but seems to be able to find money for his many luxurious holidays. I'm hopeful that the ongoing police and trading standards investigation will make this man accountable for what he has done.

Ive known Richard for many years way back in the day he worked for the police. Richard is a honest, trust worthy guy in work and out. He started that business in Leek from nothing and it grown and grown due to the high standard of work he delivers.Richard has completed work on my cottage and it was a try fair price, he worked to the time frames that suited me. After that i have recommended him to friends and family who have been equality impressed with the excellent service throughout. Looking at these reviews i feel they are not decribing the person or the business that Richard runs. Also i question why 2 different named people asking same question ( seems very dodgy to me ) Please dont let these people on hear placing bad reviews put you off, just your own judgement by getting him to give you a quote .Trust me you will then see how this hard working business man is just trying to make his business successful and making his customers happy with their new kitchen or Bathroom. Shame Leek has lost a good business to what possibly could be jealously. Well at least the peak district will benefit now..
