We couldn’t have asked for a better company to install all of the new fire doors at our Hotel. Scott was fantastic at understanding exactly what we needed and went out of his way to make sure we were happy before any work was undertaken. Pegasus Joinery will definitely be my first choice again in the future. I was impressed with Scott’s approach from the beginning - a quick and professional response to my initial enquiry, and he came out to scope the job at a time that was good for me. Scott listened to what was important to me, and walked me through his credentials and insurances for reassurance. His professionalism stands out and his work has been delivered with a 3 year guarantee. I hired Pegasus Joinery to re-vamp the kitchen (worktops, sink, splash back, hob and build a housing to hide the boiler). Scott got a good price from the merchant and provided a comprehensive and fair quote. Scott and his tradesmen were all friendly and professional. The space was kept clean and tidy and disruption was kept to a minimum. There was a little unexpected extra work but Scott managed it well, it was fuss free and fairly priced. After removing the old tiles we uncovered a surface that needed plastering prior to re-tiling. The end finish is great. The process was easy. Scott and the team were professional, friendly and tidy. I would use them again, and I would encourage you to make Pegasus Joiners your first choice.

Scott and his team have left me with the best experience I’ve ever had on a renovation of this complexity and scope, 100% positive feedback for all involved. From our initial meeting, through the build process to the aftercare given I was left in no doubt I was dealing with a company who’s honesty, integrity, workmanship and communication are evidently palpable and superior to any other main contracting company I’ve dealt with in the last decade. As this was a detailed and extensive townhouse renovation in a period property (built 1850s) which included a full strip out and installation of new sash & case windows, internal & external doors, full re-wire with upgraded security system, plumbing & gas works including underfloor heating, new bathrooms/en-suites and kitchen, tiled & solid wood flooring, an extension to the rear of the property which included major structural alterations and the formation of a flat roof & hidden gutter design, I knew through tenure of dealing with previous renovations that there would be unforeseen issues that arose during the course of the build - predominantly due to the age of the building itself. However this did not phase Scott and his workers.... on the contrary not only were any issues dealt with quickly and professionally, there was an obvious ethos of going above and beyond to ensure an exacting finish no matter how much extra work was involved. To quote Scott himself - “It doesn’t matter how long it takes, it’s about getting it looking right”, which my wife & I thought was an exemplary attitude. All Scott’s employees and sub-contractors were professional, courteous, hard working and above all very competent tradesmen. It’s clear that the team at Pegasus work cohesively, gelled together by Scott at the helm. Each trade completed their section of the work in a timely manner to ensure the next trade wasn’t unduly delayed - which I believe was a major contributing factor to the entire project finishing almost 2 weeks before the agreed finish date. All communication was a pleasure, both in person at the property and over email. Scott was on-site nearly every day during the week, helping out wherever he could as well as project managing the entire process. He is an exceptional carpenter with an obvious flare & knowledge about his work - he organised the delivery of materials, dealt with suppliers, managed the tradesmen as per the agreed schedule and dealt with the building control officer from the council, which alleviated a great deal of stress and pressure. I’ve received the completion certificate for the project with no advisories and all snagging, which I must say were minimal in number, were dealt with promptly. I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. The best compliment I can give is that I’ve requested to my architect that Scott & his team at Pegasus are to be principal contractors for our next renovation which is due to start towards the end of this year. I have also written a letter of recommendation for Scott and his company. I trust that anyone else who contracts Pegasus for building or renovation work has the same positive and enjoyable experience that I did.
