Absolutely outstanding. They transformed our downstairs toilet and family bathroom. Incredibly professional, immaculate workers. Their knowledge and advice was so helpful and I honestly cannot thank them enough for making my dream come true! I have and do highly recommend them - give them an idea of what you want and they do it! Turn up when they say they will, very tidy and worked around us - answering many many questions from our children!! Nothing too much trouble and extremely trust worthy. Going to miss having them around!

Only plumber who got back to me me after a leak from my kitchen ceiling . David came first thing the following morning and identified the source of the leak straight away . He then nipped out to buy the part and fixed the leak . Very polite and mild mannered, even left him in my house while I took my soon to school . He was very professional and a good price . Would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again .

Plumber identified a small leak (that we knew about) and that was NOT causing us a problem and fixed it even tho we knew this wasn’t the leak through our kitchen roof. He insisted it was. We were charged £70. When I called to say the problem was unresolved there was no apology. This surprised me and I said as much to Dave - who just said ‘he’ll have to come back’. When Andy returned within seconds of being in our home he started shouting at us for apparently ‘laying into’ his business partner and ‘demanding an apology’. We are women in our mid 50s and have never laid into anyone. Neither have we had a tradesperson shout at us in our home - and then walk off the job. This would not have happened had We been men. Even when we asked how much the job would cost (he started it without checking with us first) the response was ‘ah don’t worry about it!’. We asked twice and got the same reply. Have you ever heard anything like that? We had to ask a third time before he would tell us! Does anyone reading this - including the owners of this business- think that’s how a man would have been treated? This is 2021 not 1821. Finally after walking off the job in a childish huff Andy shouted from the roadside that we ‘were c****’. Not the sort of people you want in your home or to support with your business. Oh and we did our own investigation just now and have found the source of the leak.
