"I used Peter Brown to supply and install my new boiler nearly 7 years ago. I needed new gas piping for the boiler and they took pains to run the new pipe work behind the kitchen units and under the floor so that it would not show. (This sounds obvious but another well known company in the area wanted to drill holes in the wall and run gas pipes on the outside of the house as it was easier for them!). The installers were very hard working, polite and professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Since then I have used them for boiler service, to take out an old gas fire and fix radiator problems. They are always very helpful. Recently my hot water started taking ages to come through then going cold and the water pressure guage on the boiler still showed zero even after putting water in. I called Peter Brown for advice and explained what I had done to try and fix the problem. Even though they were very busy, Alan managed to come over on the same day to confirm the fault was actually with the boiler itself rather than anything else. This meant I could get onto manufacturer straight away with no delay. Would definitely recommend."
