He surveyed the house I sold and found him very abrupt and rude to deal with. Made comments and asked about certain parts but didn’t put into his report? So not sure why he’s even mention or question them…

Hi Gulliver Sorry for your experience, this post is the only contact you have made with reference to your issue. Your facts are mistaken and are quite clear in your email thread, as you only asked for a quote on one occasion no several as quoted. As you stated the sale was a private sale and I requested a floor plan and some details. You supplied room areas only and stated that the owners were to look and supply floor plans in order for me to give you a quote. I was waiting for this further information as the property was a more complicated commercial period listed property and as you stated, you realised this property sale was irregular. A day after you stated you would like to proceed with the sale you emailed that you had instructed a surveyor who could do the survey earlier. I dispute my emails were abrupt, they were polite with please and Kind Regards stated. Kind Regards Peter This is a recent testimonial I have received- 'Dear Peter, Thank you.
