Phil and Rob worked efficiently and professionally installing our new boiler with filter and smart thermostat. They had already given us good advice on the best solution for our house. The day after the work was carried out we had a small issue with the thermostat and Phil appeared 20 minutes after I texted to resolve it. Now that's service! Friendly chaps and excellent value for money. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Phil and Rob replaced our entire central heating and hot water system as part of our house renovation. Phil was knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions to adapt what I had in mind. Always arrived when he said he would and available on the phone whenever I needed him. Happy to recommend him without reservation.

Fantastic service by Phil and the team. I’d been quoted by other large firms to move my boiler as the existing flue was too close to a velux window. I was on the verge of removing this window and returning it to roof which would have made a mess in my attic room. I contacted Phil and he suggested replacing the boiler before removing the velux and they would try moving the flue first. He did just that, something that other firms said couldn’t be done. Phil also had to install an overflow pipe, I explained where I wanted it and expected to be left with a large long hole the length of the wall, as I wanted the pipe between 2 plasterboard walls into a drainage pipe that drained 2 sinks. He exceeded my expectations again by attaching the plasterboard back, so it is all ready for filler & decoration. Couldn’t recommend this team enough, they were able to install v quickly a great boiler, at a reasonable price and saved me further work on the roof and associated costs. He was on time and left the space how he found it, I wish all jobs around the house that involve workmen were this easy!

Phil and Rob installed a new system boiler for us. Pre job communication was great, returning phone calls, providing an estimate within a couple of days of the visit and booking the job in. Both were a pleasure to have working in the house, and made sure that all due care and attention were taken. We would highly recommend and hope to use their service again soon to install new radiators once we are ready.

I've recently had a en suite shower connected to the water supply and pump installed by Phil as the Bathroom company/fitter who fitted a new en suite and bathroom for me, were unable to do this! Phil was very informative about what work was required to rectify my problem. He was empathic regarding the problems the bathroom company had left me with. This included a leak from my en-suite toilet going through my lounge ceiling. Following the installation of the en-suite pump, Phil and Tom fixed the leaking toilet, a tap connection that the Bathroom fitter incorrectly fitted, and a towel rail radiator leak. These were small additional jobs that they completed via kindness, and recognition of the despair I was going through from an unreliable Bathroom Fitting service who left me with problems! Thanks Phil and Rob, for restoring my faith in humanity 🙂
