I phoned and received a quote by return and we also had a chat about some of my specific requests. Mr Cave visited the property very quickly and produced a very detailed report which also covered some areas I raised during our initial chat. I would recommend Mr. Cave without any hesitation. Tom Hewett5 StarPhilip surveyed our property in Christchurch in Autumn 2021. He was very personable and professional from the start, quick to quote and progress. He managed to survey our property next day and returned the report in a tight timeframe, which was a huge help. He spent time understanding our concerns, provided a very detailed report (more detailed than a standard RICS home buyer report), and was happy to speak on the phone about any issues in more details and how to rectify issues after returning the report.
