Personable, responsive and no messing about. Came fully prepared for the job -no popping out to get this and that. Left everything really tidy, and most importantly, fully functioning. A very reasonable price, too. I will be using them when the aged boiler finally gives up and for any other jobs that I might have the misfortune of needing done in the meantime! Thank you so much.

I contacted Phillip late one evening as we had managed to drill through a water pipe whilst putting up a shelf in our kitchen. He booked us in for a repair the following afternoon. Phillip was friendly and professional, he turned up on time, completed the work in 20 minutes to a very high standard and left our kitchen clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!!

I can not recommend Phillip Metcalf highly enough. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a heating pipe I’d put a nail through. Phillip arrived within 40 minutes, promptly fixed it and offered suggestions for more efficient heating systems. He charged a very reasonable amount for this work. He also guided me through a repair on Christmas Day. First rate service, reliable and fair.
