Our surveyors hold a wealth of experience obtained over many years in the industry which allows us to produce high quality, accurate reports for our clients. Office staff specialise in specific areas of the process and can offer accurate advice throughout the process. Our staff will remain professional and helpful throughout the process right from your first contact in the office through to completion of your report. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5.30pm when we can answer any queries you may have about your survey and the process. Our surveyors are well known in the areas in which they work. This makes it easier to work alongside local estate agents and also guarantees our reports are accurately completed by a professional who is well acquainted with the neighbourhood in which your property is located. We aim to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and try to avoid unnecessary printing in the office wherever possible. We send our reports out via email wherever possible (although a hard copy can be requested) which has the added benefit of our clients receiving their reports more quickly than the normal postal service.

Pinnacle surveyors came and valued our house in Leeds. James, the surveyor, was professional and knew the value of properties in the area. He made a valuation that was in accordance with the area and the house. Their paperwork was submitted to our mortgage company within the day. We were very happy with the service.

Really bad service, they said they have tried to contact me when they haven’t and I got my survey back 2 months after the houses purchase as to find the roof leaking in now! Would NOT recommend!

One of the worst unprofessional surveyors. Our purchaser commissioned Micheal Sefton to do a homebuyers survey on our property. Rude on the phone because I didn’t hear the door bell. He then has made accusations in his report that work was not carried out professionally when we have certificates in place: all opinions and nothing solid. Look at the facts before writing slanderous comments about chimney not being lined properly and inspecting my husbands electrical equipment (for a commercial job not anything to do with our house or anything that should be inspected on a homebuyers)- we will be taking further action and have subsequently lost the sale of our house because of the issues raised all which could have been rectified and resolved. Poor judgement and false opinion. Get a decent factual honest view- not these people.

Whilst the customer service element is OK at best I do not have confidence in the surveyor, the call back wasn't a few days later but weeks. Poor don't recommend using them.
