5 stars just isn’t enough to award Geoff at Plan-Tec Tiling! He has just completed an electric underfloor heating system and tiling installation to our new conservatory and we are over the moon with it. From our very first conversation, he has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional in every way. He answers calls and emails promptly and has offered excellent advice at all stages of our project. His expertise stretches much further than just tiling! Our tiling design was complicated and involved different types of tiles, fitted in very awkward spaces - he has done an amazing job and it truly is the floor we’d dreamed of. Other tilers said it couldn’t be done the way we wanted, but Geoff totally understood what we wanted to achieve and has gone above and beyond all expectations and made it happen. Every aspect of his work is supremely professional- he is organised, clean and tidy - thinking ahead and solving issues and problems we’d never even thought of- as well as being excellent company to boot! Geoff has worked quickly and very efficiently to provide very good solutions to problems in our existing shower enclosure, placing a new door and dealing with tile problems. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Ralph
