Myself and my dad had some work done on both of our properties, both work was outstanding, I had the bathroom and kitchen done and my dad has his bathroom done. Planned Installations make the whole process super easy, they were tidy and put down carpet protection which I know sounds a small thing but it's the finer details I think never get taken into account most of the time. They were super quick and nothing was ever an issue to sort out! I would shout it from the windows that these guys are the BEST!! Do not shop around, I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

We had a complete new bathroom suite through planned installations just before Christmas and we are very pleased with the result, replacing the bath with a full length shower then fitting an ultra modern toilet and sink and finished off with a fully waterproof floor. The result was fantastic, a big thank you to Richard and Alan from planned who got the job done well and quickly.

My mother had this business around to fit out her bathroom. On inspection, the finished job is nothing short of unprofessional. The window shelf behind the shower section has been significantly cut wrong and looks an eye soar, the skirting by the sink has been cut short and look odd, the tiling above the door has a gap the size of a door stopper, the shower fixing has had to be re-glued and one tile section moves when pressing. Above all, they have put pvc tiling directly over the old tiling. This is very poor workmanship and I would highly not recommend this provider. Despite these atrocities the finished article overall has a nice look. For this reason I give it 2 stars rather than one. This rating has been agreed by four people.
