Friendly and professional estate agents, informative with a personal approach, I must have sent so many emails regarding the rental property we wanted to rent and nothing was too much trouble , I had a reply almost immediately, thanks to Danny he was absolutely brilliant, also to Maria, you have a great team and I can’t tell you how excited we both were yesterday picking up our keys. Thank you for all of the above again and a lovely a welcome box gifted to us. Happy tenth year in business

I was a tenant with Platinum Properties for over 3 years. I have only good things to say about them. - Whenever we had technical issues in the flat, such as heating or hot water issues, they would fix them as soon as possible, usually within a couple days. They never tried to charge us for any of these fixes. - Increases in rent over the years were small enough (possibly even below market rate) that there was no reason for me to complain or contest. - Returned our full deposit without issues (we used one of their suggested cleaning services for the end-of-tenancy cleaning). Overall, I can attest that, probably as a consequence of being a company with a smaller portfolio compared to other larger letting agencies, Maria and her crew give a lot of attention to tenants and make an effort to accommodate requests and ensure issues are quickly fixed.

This was my first time with dealing with Platinum Properties. I have been so impressed with them over the past few days. From my initial enquiry regarding a property to the instant response. Easy online application process requesting my preferences to my interest. I got a call back from Danny giving viewing times and confirming them at my convenience. The viewing at the property today was a delight by Danny; who was prompt, delightful and very knowledgeable about the property, He took his valuable time to allow me to take my time to assess the property. I am almost certain I will take this property knowing that I can count of Platinum Properties to make the process seamless and continue to manage the property throughout my tenancy,
