Plumb Right Bathrooms

Came out approximately 4 weeks ago to give a quote for refit family bathroom and downstairs toilet. Asked me what budget I had in mind but I kept that under wraps as I had asked HIM for the quote. As it happens we had 15k. I was happy with everything he suggested and was very hopeful that we would be getting the bathroom done. 2 weeks later not heard anything so started leaving messages. Eventually got through on mobile to be told that he was in Spain, nice for him but could have mentioned that he would be away. Still it wasn't a deal breaker so waited another 2 weeks leaving a few messages and calls that all went unanswered. My husband then had an idea to phone using his mobile and unbelievably it was answered straight away. When my husband told him who he was he said that he had been in hospital. If this was true then fair enough but without any contact with us since coming round for the quote we weren't convinced. In the meantime I asked another company for a quote and agreed upon 14.5k . Out of courtesy and because we are decent people I phoned Plum Right to say that we were going to use someone else. To say I was surprised when he answered the phone was an understatement but not as shocked and surprised by his attitude. I explained who I was and he said and I quote, "Can we not do this tonight I told your husband that I would phone you back". I am a 47 year old woman who hasn't been spoken to like a 5 year old for quite some time. I just couldn't believe that he can afford to lose nearly 15k I'm obviously in the wrong job. If you're not interested in doing the job just be honest and say so. Absolute waste of a month and such a disrespectful individual AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

They were the perfect team from design to fitting. Perfectionist s in all they did as well as being super clean ,tidy and all round nice. Thank you we have a lovely shower room.

Had Mike and Ian in this week to sort out our very leaky bathroom. To say we're pleased would be an understatement. The results have exceeded our expectations. Great workmanship, excellent knowledge and advice, and a real attention to detail. Very tidy and clean while doing the work. Would definitely recommend.

Mick, Ian and Jordan have just finished completely re-fitting our bathroom and ensuite shower room. The results are absolutely first class. From the outset they were professional, skilful, and knowledgeable. There were one or two issues resulting from the previous owner's DIY skills but these were met with the attitude that any problems could, and would, be overcome - and they were. They were very clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. We are absolutely delighted with the results and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
