Dip Sy1 StarPoor customer service & website. Ordered item where they stated they held in stock click and collect. Went next day to pick it up and they said it will hopefully come the next day as they've ordered it. I contacted customer service and they said its in terms and conditions on click and collect orders that I have to wait for email. I was sent an email with my order details but no where did it state to wait for any other email or the actual fact, that the branch you said had stock and thats why i ordered item so i go pick it up next day, actually didn't have the stock. Waste of time & expense and now a job takes longer and costs me. Cheapest for a reason. Got item from local plumber merchant face to face, nice friendly helpful. BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WORKING TIGHT TIMESCALES AS CAN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY IN MY EXPERIENCEWednesday 19th July 2023
