Lovely Somera5 StarI contacted Plumbgas to get my boiler serviced. Appointment was done online and got contacted via phone and email to confirm dates. Mick did the job, was punctual, friendly and professional. I like that I am kept up to date all throughout the process and convenience of sorting out payment online after the job is done - no cash handling or questionable down payments before even doing the job! Alan Webster5 StarThis was the first time I had cause to use Plumbgas Services to replace damaged sanitaryware. From my first contact to the last I found them to be professional and reliable. They kept me informed of all developments from start to finish and were always prompt with their appointments.The work I needed to do had to fit to very specific measurements and the work was completed to my entire satisfaction. The engineer concerned was Jon Bryan who was an ambassador for the company. I would have no hesitation in using Plumbgas next time I need plumbing or heating work. Thanks to all concerned. Kim Calow5 StarFriendly and helpful from start to finish and amazingly quick to respond and fix our boiler. Both engineers, Chris to diagnose and Mick to repair, were polite, courteous, respectful and efficient. It was agreed that at some point in the near(ish) future our boiler would need replacing but at no point did we feel under pressure to have a new boiler over fixing the old one. When the time comes to replace our boiler we will definitely use Plumbgas. Very happy with the service we received and will be recommending Plumbgas to friends and family.Saturday 28th May 2022
