Martin answered my initial phone enquiry immediately and was able to pop to see the tap, which wasn’t working, the next day. He and his assistant were polite and professional. He told me the what the problem was and sorted it promptly, charging the price he quoted on the phone, for the call out! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had a cracked shower base that had been installed incorrectly and cracked.the original plumber was unhelpful and didnt want to return.i saw Martyn was willing to tackle tricky jobs and as this involved removing the shower tray and installing a better one correctly without damaging tiles as they were discontinued we asked him to view it and see what could be done..he has done a really good job cutting out the damaged one and making good the floor and installing a far superior new shower tray..Thank you so much..will use again as he was true to his word on what was done etc
