Service seems to depend completely in who you get. Had some radiators fitted perfectly but someone else couldn't even fit a washing machine, ended up leaving the transit bolts. Tried to contact them after but just got ignored

Had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve last year, and had to switch off all water. Fortunately was going to stay with my 'support bubble' for Christmas! These guys were the only ones who responded to me while everyone else said they were finished until new year and that I'd have to wait. They came round between Christmas and new year once I was back at home, turned up on time and fixed the pipe. Lifesavers, it would have been so unpleasant to wait a whole week without water, particularly at that time of year.
