This company is a Scam. Don't trust them, they take your card details and then fumble around for 2 hours. that's the entire service. Full story below... Called them about our shower valve and toilet flusher. They came, they destroyed and they left promising the assessment report. - 4 months have passed, nothing yet. loads of emails, phone calls and frustration. The only info I got after a final heated phone call was "you need to get yourself a new toilet mate," and nothing about the shower of which they disconnected and left it - I then found and paid a professional plumber to change the toilet flush system and replace the valve in the shower which took less than 1 hour and a few parts, now works perfectly. Whats more, they left my toilet leaking... Don't trust... it's a scam.

Unfortunately Google does not allow to give 0. Worst company ever, the only thing this people can do well and quickly is taking details of your credit card. The plumber was a good man that came to do a job he did not do it, and left after 10 minutes. Result: being charged for 1 hour work. For 10 minutes of a job that was not even attempt to be done. Ridiculous. Try to call 3 times, been told to get an email back, they never replied. The problem was explained clearly over the phone at the time of booking the appointment, if they were unable to do the job, they should had just decline the request and try to be honest. Moreover, the receptionists was the worst ever, this people should really be trained as the lack in their customer service is shocking. Absolutely avoid this company.

Living in an apartment, it is difficult to choose any boilers due to the shared piping system of the apartment. However, the plumber, managed to cleverly rearrange the pipes according to my choice. I was extremely satisfied with his hard work! Thanks
