When you contact us, you will speak directly to either Danielle (Director) or Chloe (Administrator) and if you need more technical advice, often Richard (Director & Lead Engineer) is available. We are patient and understanding and always willing to go above and beyond to help you find the most economically sensible solutions.  You can communicate with us via: Plumbminto's go against the grain and offer you just a 1-hour booking slot so you don't waste time waiting for an engineer all morning/afternoon. We endeavour to do our very best to get to you within the allotted time and always keep you updated if we are running a little early/late.  Our engineers, whilst highly skilled and fully qualified in their respective fields, are also extremely respectful and friendly. We take pride in our relationships with our customers and always leave the homes we work in clean and tidy. If you would like us to remove our shoes, wear a face-mask, let the dog out for a wee or the cat in for lunch, we are always happy to accommodate.  “ From start to finish, an excellent service and a great job replacing an old boiler and installing a gas feed for the new boiler. The most efficient and trustworthy experience with a plumber I have ever had. I was dreading finding a plumber and was recommended Plumbinto's by a neighbour. The polite and kind lady who answered my call booked a plumber for me very quickly. The plumber arrived on time and completed the job perfectly, for a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to call or recommend Plumbinto's to others in future.
