Pontefract Insulation recently undertook major damp work in our basement and stairs. The level of workmanship and professionalism was exemplary. The workmen were amazing, very hardworking and polite, always punctual and the job was completed on time. Although the work was awkward and messy, our home was left extremely clean and tidy. We can't thank Pontefract Insulation enough, we are delighted with the workmanship and the cost. We would recommend Pontefract Insulation for anyone wishing to have damp work done in their home.

Top service today from this company. Both lads arrived on-time and were well-mannered, hard-working and focused on the job. They got done in good time and even though it was a messy job they cleaned up well so I only needed a quick vac round. The damp in my living room is now sorted and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great company to deal with, Lee site surveyed my rising damp and sent a very reasonable quotation the same day, the lead time for the works was around 5 weeks due to being busy, however, they managed to fit me in the same week as they could put my job before a larger project that was starting a few days later. The 2 lads came to the house and made great effort in protecting the carpets etc as they needed to fully remove the plaster back to brick, damp proof the area and re-plaster. Job took 2 days and they cracked on without any issues. More importantly, they did a great clean up job after. I would highly recommend this company as I work in construction and know what a good and bad company are like. Very much a 5 star rating.

From start to finish they have been absolutely brilliant. Lee has gone above and beyond to provide advice on our water damaged floor and joists. He talked me through his assessment each step of the way and the team showed me each stage of the work. The team arrived on time to carry out the work and left the room spotless. They were 70% cheaper than the original quote I had from another local company who tried bully tactics to try and get me to go with them. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
