I ordered tiles from their Manchester store. Right from choosing the tiles to receiving the tiles everything was a smooth process. Tiles are of excellent quality as well. After service is superb. I fell sort of some tile and they were happy to help without hesitation. In specific the staff at Manchester (Sam) and Warrington were really helpful throughout the process. Really good customer service and good product.

I do not recommend !!!! I paid £ 2,000 for the bathroom tiles, half of the order was sent to me, and I couldn't get the rest of the tiles. Finally, after 2 months of complaints, they sent the rest. Arrogant woman in customer service

We're having some plumbing fixes in our bathroom and needed some replacement tiles in case the tiles cracked when the plumbers removed them. I popped into the shop and not only did they find the tile straight away, they kindly gave us them for free :) thank you so much for the kind and helpful service!
