Can't speak highly enough about the expert service ,knowledge and professionalism we received from Raymond Wood at the Leeds store. Despite our project being comparatively small scale Ray took time to make sure every aspect of the project was taken care of. He offered good suggestions for every detail from pattern ,grout shade, joining strips ,crack mats adhesives etc He chased orders and dealt promptly with our enquiries advising from a perspective of many years of experience in every aspect of the tile trade . Ray really know his stuff about tiling . He made it easy for us . He is a super genuine character and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Ray .

There is no doubt this shop has lovely tiles, but I have been in a couple of different Porcelansoa stores including the Leeds store recently and have felt the service let's the experience down. On entering no one approaches to see how they can help or support, this isn't normal territory where we looked confident. On asking what style we would like, we got confronted with a confused look and felt the staff member had more important things to be doing, we were the only ones in the store. As a result we decided to leave as we clearly weren't getting the support we needed. We passed another store assistant who was eating at their desk and didn't look up to ensure we had found everything we were looking for. Really poor service which meant we went a couple of doors down to support a local shop, who straight away offered their help and went out of their way to help.

My wife and I recently purchased some tiles for our new home from George Galvan at the Nottingham showroom. We initially looked at the products back in April of this year, and received very good service from George. When we were ready to purchase in October George remembered our choice of tile, and worked out the quantity required, set up delivery, and applied a 40% discount! George was very helpful, knowledgeable, and the tiles were delivered on time as promised. My wife and I are delighted with our purchase, and would like to pass on our thanks to George for making the whole experience a very professional, enjoyable, and trouble free one.We would have no hesitation in recommending George to friends and family when they are looking for a quality product with outstanding service. I have today spoken to Ray Wood and placed our order! This gentleman has been so so helpful in getting us to this point, after a couple of visit’s to store and a few very sketchy email’s ( i don’t do measurement’s) he has guided us through, had a couple of laugh’s on the way! Very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent service cannot praise him enough, also his colleague Alastair very happy customer
