I was pleased to find very knowledgeable and welcoming staff, excellent end to end service in both their Stratham and St John’s branches.
Harriet has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, always responsive; going to extensive length to put me at ease with the product selection. Her advisory in particular was outstanding, especially when changing the design mid-way through using her superb eye for attention to detail. He also provided we with information so that I could do further research into the type of sink I needed, in my own time at home. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. I went back a few days later, ordered the sink on the Tuesday & I picked it up on the Friday. I had interactions with 4 other members of staff both in person & on the telephone. All were very pleasant. Potter Perrin have a good range of sinks all through the price spectrum. I would highly recommend.Monday 4th July 2022
