Thea Arch5 StarOur letting agent organised a skip to be brought to our house through P.P O'Connor. The first time round, the letting agent had not organised a roadside permit, so there was a load of confusion and the skip had to be taken back. The second time around, we encountered some considerable trouble with getting our neighbour to move their car. Both times, the men delivering the skip were incredibly friendly, understanding and cheerful, which made two very stressful situations considerably less so.
