Contacted Craig after failed attempt by myself to repair a dripping tap. Craig and his colleague arrived on time, got stuck in straight away and replaced the tap completely, he also fitted isolation valves under the sink without me asking him to, which I really appreciate. He waited a good time after completion to check everything was sound and no leaks were found. Thanks Craig, I won't hesitate to contact you again either for repairs or improvements to my water supply.

Can't Thank Craig & PPS enough, we had a pipe burst the week of Christmas. I contacted Craig and he attended that day to assess the damage and although he was already extremely busy he managed to fit us in to fix the burst pipe ensuring we had our Hot Water back up and running. Great service, Tidy, efficient and communicated throughout. Thanks again 👍

Great Service & Quality Work from Craig, Installed a Hot Water Tap outside. Used it already to fill the Hot Tub and it was so much better, No waiting 24hrs for it to heat up & got to be cheaper than using electric heater to heat the water! Kids happy too as No more freezing cold Paddling Pools!
