We had a few calls to Preferred plumbing and had two very nice men who came on respective jobs - Iain firstly and then Darryl? Thank you for helping to resolve our two issues. The latest call was to fit a new toilet cistern within an enclosed setting, without damaging the housing/wood. Darryl the plumber, took great care with adapting the flush button within part of the old flush button ( new one was smaller), to fit it as neatly and carefully as possible. We both appreciated his patience and diligence with the completion of the work.

Unfortunately when I arrived to our office on Monday morning we were greeted with a puddle of water where our tap decided to start leaking over the weekend. Within an hour or calling Preferred, Evan was on site, the tap was replaced, the water was hoovered and mopped up and the invoice was less then quoted over the phone. I have since called Steve out to replace our boiler due to it leaking gas and yet again they were cheaper then originally quoted. I cannot thank them enough, they were on time, tidy, well mannered and extremely well priced. Thanks again guys.

Had a new boiler installed and old hot water tank removed. Steve and the team were fantastic. Even coming out on a Sunday for an emergency. Always on time. Communication was great - they explained really well what they were going to do and when. Neat and tidy too. Will be getting them back in to fit my kitchen next. Thanks!

Steve and his team moved a radiator for me, installed 2 bathroom cabinets with light fittings and hang up mirrors and paintings. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. Apart from the big jobs they came to do, they were happy to do small jobs such as paiting marks off the walls and moving a chunky armchair up the stairs for free. I will use them again.
