REMEMBER before employing any damp proof company it is so much better if they are members of the property care association. As a developer we have found more and more surveyors/banks only want these members to do the work. We have used premier preservation for many years. Peter (main surveyor) is very straight talking and honest, he recommends only works he feels is necessary and not works that benefit his bank balance, a nice change in this trade. We can not recommend this company highly enough.

We would highly recommend this company. We had essential damp proofing and a whole internal floor installed. Plastering, joinery and finishes to our room were to a high standard after old floor removed. The team who worked on our property were friendly professional and hard working. Our property was surveyed initially and we were fully supported with resolution to our queries for an older property that we recently purchased. Happy with completion of work from start to finish. Thankyou for doing a great Job.

Professional, honest and excellent customer service. I booked into for a consultation with Peter who came and had a look at the problem. I had other companies come out before who were advising me to have a bigger job than needed. Without any hesitation Peter was honest and advised only one wall needed to be treated to treat a problem. Then also advised how i could save money treating the other problematic areas myself! On the day the workers were clean and professional. Covered and taped up my bookshelf to avoid any dust etc. I have again spoken to the company who have helped and advised on other matters at no extra cost! I would highly recommended premier preservations and excellent company who put the customers needs first! Well done to Peter and the team!
