WHY HAVE A SURVEY?
To ensure you are fully aware of any problems, allowing you to account for repairs and decide a reasonable purchase price before your commit to purchasing the property. People often confuse the valuation report undertaken by the lender’s surveyor with a survey. Most mortgage valuations consist of a very limited inspection and a report that in most cases goes back to the lender without the buyer ever actually seeing the report. Prospective purchasers should not therefore rely upon such a limited report particularly as the purchase of a home is one of the most expensive investments that can be made.

Never overselling and always taking time to answer questions and explain. Their surveys are comprehensive to say the least - this is no ‘one hour survey service’ you might get elsewhere. Dorothy & Mike are such a pleasure to work with, and Mike's knowledge is second to none.
No house is ever perfect, and will always need work over time, so surveys (especially full building surveys) can often be scary things to comprehend.

Mike and Dorothy are both super helpful and friendly and really do go the extra mile to help.
We instructed them to carry out the homebuyers survey and they arranged for it straight away and the report came back a couple days later as promised, we found the report to be very detailed and extra things were checked which we really appreciated.

From the moment I contact Dorothy asking for a quote she was friendly, quickly sent me a quote and a sample of what I could expect the final survey to look like.
Mike promptly conducted the survey and I experienced a very quick turnaround on receiving the report. The report was incredibly detailed and Mike offered to answer any questions I had or talk through any aspect of the report I was unsure on.
